With inshore waters constantly being commercially over fished for species including Bass and Cod, Bassmasters Ltd would like to encourage everyone to join The Angling Trust to provide much needed resources required to strengthen the representation of shore anglers across the UK.
Individually, we have little say in how inshore waters are managed, very often catching the few fish that slip the nets constantly laid out during the spring / summer months.
The Angling Trust has a huge support from the freshwater fishing community and achieve a great deal to protect and improve freshwater fishing across the UK.
We believe It's time for all shore and boat anglers to unite and provide The Angling Trust with the resources they need to protect and improve inshore sea fishing for future generations to come.
We can sit on our hands and bemoan the fact our fishing is constantly suffering from over fishing within the commercial sector OR unite behind a trust who can represent our interests in the best possible way.
