In my opinion, pound for pound the best value lure/plugging rod available. This is a great rod for plugs. Will work OK for soft plastics, but bear in mind the tip is not ultra sensitive and won't perform as well as an LRF rod.

There is no other rod for under £100 that comes close in my opinion to this little beauty. I've used it for a year now and caught everything from a few oz gobies to having it bent double (literally) by Wrasse to 4.75 pound as well as numerous bass.
It has worked topwaters perfectly, has coped fine with soft plastic stick baits and 7g jigheads and has even been pushed into service with 1g jigheads and micro SP's for LRF work where although useless for casting had enough sensitivity to pick up the bites.
Stop thinking about it and buy it!!!!
